A Baloch Wedding
The Baluchi weddings are full of
merry making and singing of songs. Men and women both dance on the tunes of
drum beats. The marriage expenses are mainly borne by the bridegroom. His party
brings sumptuous rich dishes with Baraat to entertain not only the people of
his side but also the bride’s guests. Thus the bride side is not burdened too
much like it happens in the other provinces of Pakistan. On the occasion of
marriage Baluchi women wear beautiful jewellery having designs and men wear
their turbans and colourful tribal dresses.
